With the gradual improvement of social information technology,the information management and its application have gradually reached in every aspect of life,as a result it has become an important means of information management for various industries.Petrochemical industry is not only one of the basic national industries,but also the backbone of national economy.Therefore it is of particular significance to ensure the safety in the oil production of petrochemical enterprises.Petrochemical industry equipment inspection is a basic task to ensure safety work.L Company is still using the traditional method of inspection management;with a low degree of information offering and inefficient management quality of inspection,it cannot give full play to its important role in the safety management.In this paper,to solve the traditional inspection methods strongly affected by the human factors,data upload delay,poor quality management and low level of information and other issues,we design and develop a PDA-based inspection system,Combined with Android,Java EE and other information technology.Thus improve the existing problems,reduce the workload of inspection personnel,enhance the efficiency and accuracy of inspectors and update the level of company's information management.This dissertation analyzes the requirements of inspection task,user management and system functions of Liaohe Petrochemical Company's reforming unit,and designs a smart inspection system of Liaohe Petrochemical Company's reforming unit based on PDA.By analyzing the problems existing in the inspection management system and the causes of the problems,the corresponding solutions are worked out.And the PDA intelligent management system is determined to solve the device inspection management problems.Through the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements for system analysis,the system is designed,implemented and tested.The test results show that the proposed system in this paper meets the requirements of users and can be put into practical use.In the view of the irrational problem of patrol path planning and combined with the inspection results of inspection,the objective function and constraint condition of path optimization are given,and the device patrol VRP model is established.And the ant colony algorithm is used to solve it,which is included in the patrol path optimization of PDA system.The experimental results and practical examples show that the algorithm is more effective.After analyzing the effect of the PDA system,the results show that the PDA inspection system has achieved remarkable results.
