Chinese-sensible code is a 2D bar code Researched and developed independently by China in 2007.Having many advantages like strong Chinese characters encoding ability, anti distortion,anti fouling and high code efficiency and support encryption technology. Chinese-sensible code introduction provides technical support for solving the problems like the low efficiency of Chinese character information representation and special industry information security issues in 2D bar code technology application process.Chinese-sensible code , a new type of 2D bar code popularized in China,can be broadly applied in pseudo authentication, information tracing and information security and other fields.However, in the practical application, complex background,and uneven illumination will have certain influence on the correct recognition of 2D bar code; therefore ,this paper simulates the actual application environment and researches algorithms of Chinese-sensible code recognition in complex application environment,which has positive influences on the promotion and application of Chinese-sensible code.In this paper, the research of Chinese-sensible code recognition technology in practical applications mainly includes the following parts:(1)Image preprocessing:Image has the influence of noise and uneven illumination in the collection process.Median filter is used to remove the noise in the image;to solve the problem of uneven illumination, the image is divided into blocks,the difference matrix is worked out according to subblocks' mean of the gray and the mean of the whole,and bilinear interpolation methods is used to make the subblock same with the original image in size and meanwhile image subtraction is made to effectively eliminate the effects of uneven illumination.(2)Chinese-sensible code image location:To segment image using dynamic threshold.After erode and dilate,the connected region is analyzed, by screening according to the acreage of the area and the length-width ratio of the minimum enclosing rectangle of the region.Getting coarse positioning of the image region;then Precise position is achieved through the feature of the Chinese-sensible code position detection graphics. Finally, according to the position detection center coordinates to analyze distortion, for the perspective distortion is corrected by perspective transformation, only for rotational deformation is corrected by the corresponding angle of rotation.(3)Chinese-sensible code decoding:To get the information from the Chinese-sensible code image.According to the detection of the position and the size of the module function to establish sampling grid, realize the functional information decoding, get information of the format;according to the version number of the data area of the corresponding block, set up corresponding to the sampling grid, the the neighborhood average algorithm for sampling grid module, get the information code word.RS error correction algorithm is used to judge the right of the code word, to correct the wrong codes and then realize correct information decoding.This paper stimulate different scenes, and captured 80 bar codes as samples by using a mobile phone,through tests and analysis, this algorithm can accurately identify Chinese-sensible code image in complex background,blur case and has good applicability.
