With the development of "hard" and "soft" research and development of the sensor from the choice of material,structural design and testing methods,the flexible sensor has become the focus of research.This paper summarizes the research on the design concept,the domestic and foreign advanced production technology and flexible sensor applications,the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of dialysis design,unique structure and unique processing technology was proposed.Experiments were prepared on the basis of the flexible sensor calibration,and in practical application in the experiments of the.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,in the field of flexible sensors,a large number of retrieval and research,the advantages and disadvantages of each configuration are summarized,based on this proposed three major issues.The impact of internal flow channel sensitive element on the sensitivity of the sensor;flexible sensor to design structure to ensure its good linearity;how to solve the existing preparation process,lack of reliability and economic difficulties.Secondly,based on the above issues,in-depth research and development.Analysis of the physical and chemical properties of flexible substrate materials and sensitive element gallium indium tin alloy,combined with the flexible force nature summarizes the substrate material is embedded in the channel configuration,and constructs the internal channel two is a flexible sensor configuration expansion form,based on the internal test verification test based on the basic unit,and put forward the mathematical model of its configuration detection theory.According to the configuration of the sensor,two kinds of special closed cavity forming technology are developed.Made with a multi-purpose mold molding,to explain the detailed process preparation process.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the sensor,a universal calibration platform is established,and the calibration drive system is written by MFC.The sensor signal acquisition hardware system is built by wireless communication,and the calibration and man-machine interactive program system are compiled in VS environment.Based on this,the calibration of the sensor is studied,and the performance parameters of the sensor are obtained.Finally,the flexible data glove is made by combining the flexible sensor and the data glove.The whole system of sensor hardware,data acquisition,transmission,processing and recognition has been made by the portable design.The data with the data glove in improved mechanical sign language system,experiments were conducted to develop a series of successful recognition of sign language,provides a good help for the future practical application.
