3D printing technology is a technological innovation in the field of manufacturing industry.Its application in various fields is more and more widely,so the research of the key technology of 3D printing has become a hot topic.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy and efficiency of the technology of 3D printing and focuses on the optimization of the placement of the part model in 3D printing and the optimization of layout of multiple parts in the three-dimensional space.The main research results are as follows:(1)When obtaining data of the 3D model,According to the characteristics of STL file format,it establishes the topological structure by using the method of memory mapping and the balanced binary tree.The optimization based on the accuracy of model.In the 3D printing technology,the accuracy of the model is different when the part model is in different building orientation.Different building direction results that the each patch's normal vector is different and the level of the ladder effect is different.We can further deduce the model surface volume error of the theoretical model and the objective function.Then it uses the method of seed patch's diffusion to part or merge the triangular area where will be added to the suspension.Finally,it uses the ray to add the suspension in a certain density and calculate the suspension of the projection area.By reducing the model's height in building orientation that it can reduce the number of slice and production time.When it established the multi-objective optimization models,we got the optimal solution by using the global optimization of the genetic algorithm combined with the local optimization of the simulated annealing algorithm.(2)In the three-dimensional work slot,it would make optimal layout of a number of parts and increase production efficiency in the same process.Firstly,it determines the location of the model according to the size of the projected area on the bottom of the working groove by using the grid ray method.Based on the principle of density between models,the collision avoidance between models,fewer suspensions,it establishes the multi-objective optimization model.In addition,the constraint conditions are added according to the actual characteristic of the work slot and parts.Finally,the heuristic algorithm is used for rational layout combined with searching the model collision detection algorithm.This paper focuses on improving the accuracy and efficiency of the model in the 3D printing system.It uses MATLAB2015 to solve the multi-objective optimization model of the model placement direction.The result of the solution is realized by the VS2013 and VTK library,then verified by the actual processing and get optimized effect.
