The Research On Disease Development Trend Based On Association Rules On Relational Database

Over time,the rapid development of science and technology has promoted the computer hardware and software technology to be constantly updated,replaced and upgraded,as well as promoted the information revolution of various industries.Especially the concept of Big Data is put forward in recent years,Data Mining techniques have been more and more widely applied in various fields and industries.This paper tries to explore and study the probability distribution of the disease development by mining frequent itemsets and association rules from relational database.And as much as possible to dig out association rules in the positive correlation of disease development by using Correlation coefficient analysis technology.Based on the hospital reimbursement data of new rural cooperative medical system from June1,2013 to June 30,2016 for the mining object,this paper attempts to extract disease information about the diagnosis of hospitalization.Think of the period as an observation cycle,this article tries to clean all information of sick and integration of patients in the observation period and store in the MS SQL Server 2008 R2 enterprise database.Using the Apriori algorithm principle of frequent itemsets in relational database data and positively related to changes in mining association rules in the diagnosis of disease development,26 symbiosis is positively related to the strong association rules.Through the excavation of the hospital reimbursement data of new rural cooperative medical system from June 1,2013 to June 30,2016,it can reflect the disease development of the rural population in a certain period of time and reflect the overall medical level of a certain province,thus to provide the reference value for the reformation of the medical insurance system and develop more in line with the local situation of medical insurance reimbursement policy and fund management approach of our part.
