As China's Internet users active degree rise,the network of public opinion quickly formed in the incident,resulting in a strong pressure of public opinion to get attention,in order to solve the problem,however,the network of public opinion as an ideological weapon of Internet users in the network environment,increasingly complex today,online public opinion false ones,the influence is very great,this will give the network public opinion supervision challenges.Therefore,this paper aims at the problem of network public opinion management and supervision.According to the actual situation of the system of current network public opinion analysis and monitoring,using UML object-oriented modeling method to the system demand analysis and monitoring,and the network public opinion analysis and monitoring system for a general system structure and function structure design,the design of component of the three layer system structure based on B/S structure mode,the background using SQL Server2010 database.The main work of this paper includes: analyzing the problem of the current system status and existing network public opinion analysis and monitoring,comparative analysis of the current public opinion network analysis and monitoring system at home and abroad,describes the research background;analyze the system demand analysis of network public opinion;public opinion on the network analysis and monitoring system for the detailed design of the overall design,module design of the system database;the concrete realization of the main modules of the system,including the user management module,system management module,public opinion collection management module,public opinion analysis and processing management module and public opinion visualization management module.The network public opinion analysis and monitoring system through the actual operation,the system features a clear and concise interface,the main function of the integrity of the use,with strong data storage,management functions.By running the system,it can reduce the workload and improve the work efficiency.
