Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Office Automation System

The scope of the office automation system relates to the daily affairs office,various matters concerning the application,all administrative office resources management,enterprise management,enterprise personnel between different departments coordination office,and a variety of communication and information transfer.Generally speaking,the office automation system across the personnel,production,finance and other business category specific,more focus on the enterprise day-to-day office efficiency and controllability,which is indispensable for enterprises to improve the overall operation ability.Through the analysis of the current domestic and international research status of office automation system and some of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,the design and implementation of enterprise office automation system is proposed.First of all,the office automation system needs analysis.The functional requirements of the office automation system are attained from some of the needs of small and medium enterprises to start.Then the concrete design of the system is carried out,including the outline design stage,the main function of the system detailed design.In database design stage,firstly,E-R model is analyzed,and then the design of database design.Finally,the core module of the system is designed with a practical and beautiful user interface.The realization of the five modules of the system includes my desk,document management,announcement management,attendance management,system management.At last,the software,hardware environment and function module of the system are tested,and the problem is solved in time.After completing the system test in a small range and catering the specific needs of users,this research further improved and gradually extended to the entire office process in the enterprise in order to further study the application and promotion of value system.
