Wireless communication network is becoming more and more demanded on rate and resource utilization.More and more technologies have been proposed,and the topology of mobile communication network has changed from traditional mobile cellular network to heterogeneous network.The diversification of cells will affect the base station parameters,and the change of these parameters will directly affect the allocation of resources.Resource allocation will directly determine the base station to which the user is connected and how much transmission resources the base station can provide to the users.Therefore,the informaton rate and resource utilization of the system are greatly affected by the resource allocation.Among them,the resource allocation mainly includes the cell selection of the users and the resource allocation within the cell,so these problems are the current research focus.In this paper,we focus on the selection of user cells and the allocation of resources within a cell in a heterogeneous network.The goal is to improve the information rate of users and to optimize the performance of the system.Through the use of greedy algorithm(GA)to optimize the two parameters,the simulation results show that the algorithm can solve the problem of unbal anced user access load of micro base stations.After performing the cell selection of the user,the resource allocation within the cell is performed for each user.In order to simplify the complexity of resource allocation,this paper designs a resource al location method,which divides the resource allocation into three parts: component carrier allocation(CC allocation),resource block allocation(RB allocation)and power allocation.In this paper,we propose a RB estimation algorithm,and use the greedy a lgorithm and cross-entropy(CE)algorithm to allocate the CC.RB is allocated by greedy algorithm,and then an RB exchange algorithm is proposed.Under the results of the first two algorithms,the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the mathematical model of power allocation.The simulation results show that the allocation process is divided into three steps,which are optimized by algorithm and optimized for fairness and system throughput.The simulation results show that the power allocation has less influence on the system performance than the CC allocation and RB allocation,and the algorithm can achieve the purpose of optimizing the user rate and system throughput under the premise of ensuring fairness.
