Due to the radar system of marine environment will be affected by sea clutter and multipath effect, how to effectively extract the source signals from the echo signal in the complex, become an important subject in modern science and military affairs.Sea clutter,as a common source of interference, has a great impact on radar signal processing and target detection.Establishing an accurate statistical distribution model of sea clutter can not only provide an accurate model for the simulation of the radar system, but also can suppress the clutter and improve the transmission performance of the radar.Due to the scattering and reflection of the sea surface,it will produce multipath effect, the phenomenon of time delay. It will leading to the decline of the signal. When the echo signal of the target received,In this paper, the multipath scattering model is established and the simulation results are verified based on the linear frequency modulation(LFM)signalOn this basis, two LFM based algorithms are proposed, which are based on higher order and fractional Fourier transform(FRFT),respectively. The results show that the separation algorithms based on higher order cumulants is relatively simple, easy to implement,in real-time processing of signal will have a good effect, but because of the number of sampling large, convergence speed slow, resulting in large steady-state error, the effect is not stable. The FRFT based algorithm can more effectively suppress the impact of multipath components of the radar echo signal to receive the LFM signal, would achieve a better separation effect.
