In recent years,with the spectrophotometer systems have developed towards microminiaturized direction,it has been an challenge to improve the UV response efficiency of silicon detectors and solve the problem of wide spectrum light source integration.In view of the above problems,a series of researches were carried out in this paper to study the detection technology of UV visible wide spectrum and the light source applied in the miniaturized spectrophotometer systems.It had great significance to improve the performance of the spectrophotometer.Basing on the foreign and domestic research status of wide spectrum detection technology and light source,we analyzed the problems microminiaturized spectrophotometer system may exist,which were aimed at the limiting factors of the working spectral range of detector and light source.In terms of the broadband spectrum detection technology,the principles of ultraviolet enhancement films of CCD silicon detectors were discussed to achieve broadband spectrum.In order not to reduce spectrometer resolution,we had given the conditions that UV-enhancement films should follow.The relationships between spin coating technological parameters and film properties parameters were found out,as theoretical foundation of film optimization.We proposed an spin-coating technological process,combined with theoretical and film-formation results,transmittance spectrum,mercury lamp characteristic spectral lines,surface structure,film thickness,to optimize technological parameters.Eventually,we had prepared UV-enhancement films,for the fluorescent material was pigment yellow 101,the solvent was PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane),and the mass ratio of the fluorescent substance to the fluorescent solvent was 7%,and the spin-coating speed was 2500 to 3000 rpm.The characteristic spectrum testing results of the mercury lamp indicate that after coating films 313 nm UV-responsive sensitivity had been improved nearly 1.6 times.Compare FWHM of characteristic spectrum between with and without coating film,there was no affect after coating.And for the wide spectrum light source,we had designed and simulated a deuterium tungsten composite broadband light source structure based on off-axis parabolic mirror with a through-hole in the middle,and worked out the system energy efficiency.
