In recent years,the rapid development of electronic information technology has driven the transformation of traditional industries.Agricultural greenhouse is an important part of facility agriculture,many new technologies flood into this domain and some positive effect is obtained.WSNs full automatically collect,process and send data through self-organizing and cooperative way.WSNs can realize the functions of greenhouse data acquisition,processing,transmission into integration,and it's applicable to greenhouse control very well.However,there are many sensor nodes collect data of the same target at the same time,so there will be large numbers of redundant data.As a result of the limitation of application environment,sampling nodes' energy is limited.If not process the redundant data,sampling nodes will be power off rapidly,even the data communication channel will be traffic and network paralysis.So data fusion processing is necessary.In order to eliminate the redundant data,this paper designs a greenhouse control system based on the technology of data fusion.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristic of greenhouse environment and greenhouse control system then designs the overall scheme of the system.This system is divided into three parts as data acquisition,data processing and decision making,and remote monitoring.The system uses WSNs to collect data of greenhouse and send to the master control center in wireless way.The master control center makes decisions through data analysis and sent to the execution node.Remote monitoring terminal can real-timely access to main control center remotely,receive data from the master control center and send manual control command back.This system combines the adaptive weighted fusion algorithm with D-S theory,build the data fusion and decision models which can reduce the data flow of sampling nodes efficiently.Using D-S theory to fusion analysis different qualitative data and guide decisions can lower the trust level of unknown environment,increase the accuracy of system decision and improve the system stability.This paper designs the hardware and software of the system.The hardware design mainly includes the chips select of sampling node,master node and execution node and the circuit interconnection of modules.The software design mainly includes the function flowchart design,writing code and monitoring software development.Finally,the paper debugs the system functions and conducts some experiments in a greenhouse,which includes data acquisition and communication experiment,radio communication experiment,greenhouse field experiment and so on.In the end,the result analysis and improvement plan are given.
