Surface acoustic wave(SAW)tag is passive?remote and can perform better in harsh environments than other passive RFID tag.Because of its ability of sensing and labeling,thus,so much attention has been paid to it.In this paper,we has focued on the problem of the high speed radio frequency identification reader system in the high speed measurement enviroment.On this basis,we has focued on the research of the high speed radio frequency identification reader system,respectively from the theoretical and experimental point of view.And,has proposed an RFID reader based on FMCW,and has analyzed the problem of the strong self interference signal caused serious distortion.,and proposed method ofRF cancellation.The main contents of this research are as follows:First of all,this paper has briefly introduced the high-speed working environment of RFID system based on SAW sensor,and the launch and reflection model of the RFID system has been derived,the principle of the RFID tag identification has been analyzed.Secondly,the sources of strong interference signals in the same frequency co-frequency co-time full duplex system are analyzed by experiment,and the mathematical model is deduced theoretically.The feasibility of this method is analyzed by software simulation,and the influence of amplitude and phase error is analyzed by the method of error analysis.Finally,this paper has analyzed the quota of transmit-receive signal channel of the system,such as the power?gain?and stray.And designed and manufactured a set of complete of high-speed RFID reader system,and tested and experimented this system,the result indicates that this method can suppress the strong interference signal,and the working distance reached over 1.5 meter,and the measurement period is less than 200?s.These results of the research of High speed RFID reader based on SAW sensor is very important in practical application.
