In the big bang of information today,a lot of data needs to be transmitted,the spectrum is already scarce resources to force people to focus on improving the spectrum utilization.The traditional time division technology and frequency division technology wasted half of the time slots and spectrum,while the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex technology in theory will double the spectrum utilization,has been widespread concern at home and abroad.At the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex communication mode,the useful signal generated by the near-end transmit channel seriously affects the normal operation of the receiver,so it is necessary to suppress the near-end self-interference signal to ensure normal communication.The current mature self-interference suppression technology is mainly used in the antenna part,the RF part and baseband part.This paper designs a kind of radio frequency circuit which is used in indoor,small in size and communicates at the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex mode,and carries out verification.Firstly,the structure and the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used transceiver are introduced.The principle of the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex technology and the mature self-interference suppression technology are expounded.The results of the research at home and abroad are compared.The challenge of the RF transceiver is analyzed in the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex communication applications.Secondly,the technical indicators of wireless communication RF circuit are introduced in detail,and the key technical indicators are deduced theoretically and the key factors influencing the performance of the index are analyzed.According to the requirements of the application scenario and 3GPP requirements for 4G-LTE applications,the key technical indicators of the RF transceiver including EVM ? 6%,ACLR ?-45 d Bc and channel isolation is better than 80 dB are proposed.Thirdly,according to the technical index,the scheme of the 2T2 R RF transceiver circuit at the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex mode is designed,the structure of the transceiver channel is determined,the key equipment selection and the key performance index link budget are implemented,the full-duplex RF Circuit realization is completed.Finally,the production of the subject is finished,the key technical indicators of the RF circuit is tested,whether the test results meet the design requirements is analyzed in detail,the debugging programs are given for the indicators that do not meet the design requirements and verify the feasibility,the engineering applicaton of the the 2T2 R RF transceiver circuit at the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex mode about the RF micro base station circuit is verified.The paper designs and implements a miniaturized RF base station circuit work in the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex mode,which includes two transmit channels,two receiving channels and two feedback channels.After testing,the performance indicators of the circuit meets the actual requirements of the indoor base station,it helps to promote the Co-time Co-frequency Full-Duplex communication technology to achieve the practical application.
