Owing to the high cost,large volume of control equipment and water pump frequency control mode,the resources and energy are wasted.Because of low degree of network monitoring process of the traditional condensate recovery equipment control system,and infeasibility of remote monitoring of multipoint condensate recovery equipment and condensate remote scheduling caused the low efficiency of on-site recycling equipment monitoring.In this paper,the condensate recovery device and multipoint remote monitoring are studied,the main work and innovative achievements are as follows:(1)Circuit design of condensate recovery control system based on embedded development mode,which mainly includes the STM32 display controller and IAP15W4K58S4 data acquisition actuator circuit.The data collector integrates motor protection circuit reducing the volume of control system greatly and the cost of system development.PCB board welding and debugging was completed,and the condensate recovery device hardware platform was set up.(2)Using full-wave integral algorithm,the condensate recovery water pump alternating current signal acquisition is implemented.It can also identify motor locked-rotor,overload,short of equal failure accurately.Based on the algorithm and the inverse time protection model.Different types of fault delaying electricity and taking protective measuresin time can prevent the accidents and assure the production safety.(3)Not only modeling analysis was carried out on the condensate recovery tank,but also PID control algorithm was carried out on the water pump frequency conversion control.As a result the constant liquid level can be controlled and the energy consumption can be reduced.(4)Remote monitoring system is designed based on Internet technologies,which has solved the problem that the condensate recovery equipment distribute dispersedly costing a lot of human and material resources of for control and inspection.(5)Condensate remote scheduling problem of boiler feed water is studied,the linear programming condensate scheduling algorithmis established and the system effectiveness is improved in this paper.(6)The condensate recovery equipment control system and remote monitoring system are independently and jointly tested and debugged.By analyzing and summing up the results of the experiment,we get to know the system runs stably,and it improve work effectively and control system precisely and speedily.All of this meet the design requirements.
