With the number increasing of the airport special vehicles,which are particular and independent for the flight support,the existing system cannot meet the special management needs of the special management units.Most of the normal management for the airport special vehicles still relies on the way of audio calls and manual sign mode,which is with low monitoring efficiency and poor accuracy.The intelligent and information technology for the airport operation is lagging behind the issue of restricting the airport to enhance the ability to support an important factor.In order to solve the above-mentioned problem,this thesis designs the monitoring network system,which is based on Android platform and WLAN technology,for airport special vehicles.This system contains three important components which are Android acquisition terminal,WLAN and UCMap mobile GIS system.Furthermore,to solve the problem of data during the delay and network congestion phenomenon in the WLAN network,in this thesis,the discrete particle swarm algorithm is improved,and the wireless data frame format based on the improved particle swarm algorithm is designed.The routing domain information routing(routing table)in the network layer routing protocol has been designed,and the control factors and the parameters in the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can affect the routing of the entire routing node.Then,the problem of network congestion is solved,and the transmission delay time is reduced.The simulations,which consider two practical situations,of the following three schemes which are swarm optimization algorithm,stochastic method and genetic algorithm have been given in this thesis.The improved particle are simulated by simulation software,and the traffic load index of the three algorithms is compared.It is further verified that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is superior to the existing algorithm in solving the problem of routing load imbalance.Experimental and simulation results show that the design of the airport special vehicle monitoring network system can effectively improve the existing operation and management of airport,and the airport intelligent and information level can also beenraised.So,this thesis is with a certain degree of innovation and application value.
