| With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,aesthetic restoration has become one of the most popular topics in prosthodontic field,it is also a technology that many patients are fond of.At present,the technology of aesthetic restoration is becoming more and more mature,the processing technic is also perfect,which provide a good guarantee for the completion of aesthetic restoration cases.However,aesthetic restoration involves a wide range of factors,there is a high risk of failure.The systematic aesthetic evaluation has played a vital role in the success of aesthetic restoration.Dentists must fully and systematically evaluate the various aspects of patients in the aesthetic restoration,evaluating the difficulty and risk of restoration,and ultimately developed a reasonable and personalized aesthetic restoration plan to meet the aesthetic needs of patients.With regard to the comprehensive and systematic assessment of patients with aesthetics restoration,a number of evaluation forms and software have come out in foreign universities and dental prosthetic institutions,but most of these assessment forms and software have simply assessed the local oral conditions of patients,the details involved in the each form are different,and the specific content and the usage of the forms are not conform to the needs of our Chinese people;in recent years,although the concept of aesthetic restoration gradually enjoys popular support,and the aesthetic restoration training education is in the ascendant,but there still not seen an evaluation form of aesthetic restoration that is used in the university and training institutions systematically and widely.Therefore,based on the theory of aesthetic restoration,and referenced to the existing aesthetic assessment methods at home and abroad for the current,this will be of great significance for the aesthetic restoration theory in teaching and clinical application with the construction of aesthetic evaluation form and the corresponding software that is suitable to Chinese.In this study,we first construct the aesthetic restoration assessment;then the form was in preliminary clinical application;finally,based on the content of the aesthetic assessment form,we develop the form into software,to further facilitate the clinical application of medical technology,data storage and communication etc..Experiment 1 Construction of the aesthetic restoration evaluation formFirst of all,by reviewing the relevant literature and books,organized and summarized the influencing factors of aesthetic restoration;and then summarized,referenced and analyzed the existing aesthetic evaluation system,and finally constructed the aesthetic restoration evaluation form.The form was divided into two parts(the subjective factor assessment part of the patient and the objective factor assessment part of the patient),which consisted of three independent modules: the assessment of the patient's self-recognition of the teeth,the evaluation of the patient's expectation,the objective factor of the patient((ie,the communication module of the evaluation records of the objective aesthetic factors.The final aesthetic repair assessment form we constructed was consisted of questionnaire of patients with aesthetics restoration,expectation questionnaire of patients with aesthetics restoration,and the aesthetic index evaluation? recording and communication form.Experiment 2 A preliminary clinical application of the aesthetic evaluation formTo explore the influences of the application of aesthetic restoration assessment form on the patients of the clinical.From November 2014 to May 2016,a total of 60 patients who visited doctors for all-ceramic restoration of anterior teeth were enrolled in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Department of Stomatological Hospital affiliated to The Fourth Military Medical University.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,30 patients in each group(gender ratio in each group was the same).Group A of patients using the VAS expectation questionnaire to conduct the expectation survey,group B filled out the questionnaire of patients with aesthetic restoration and received the relevant guidance,and then used the expectation questionnaire to carry out the expectation value of the survey and make an analysis;finally group A restored with routine process in the clinical,B group referenced to the aesthetic evaluation of the information recorded as far as possible in the process.2 weeks later,the two groups were respectively applied with satisfaction questionnaire of the aesthetic restoration of patients to have a satisfaction consequence.The results showed that: 1)The VAS scores of the two groups were 95.40 ± 2.06 and 89.37 ± 3.75 respectively,and the value of group A was higher than that of group B,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the expectation value of the effects of aesthetic restoration between group A and group B,and group A was significantly higher than group B,which indicated that the application of questionnaire of patients with aesthetic restoration had certain help in reducing the expectation value of the effects of aesthetic restoration.2)There were significant differences in the satisfaction of tooth arrangement,tooth profile,tooth length-width ratio,tooth color condition,pronunciation,smile effect and overall satisfaction in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the comprehensive application of aesthetic assessment form(including questionnaire of patients with aesthetic restoration,expectation questionnaire of patients with aesthetic restoration,and aesthetic evaluation form of anterior teeth)will be helpful to improve the subjective satisfaction of patients after aesthetic restoration.Experiment 3 Design and development of aesthetic restoration evaluation softwareConstructing the basic framework of aesthetic restoration assessment software based on the aesthetic restoration assessment table.The software design has the following basic requirements: 1)Be easy to enter the relevant information;2)Be able to insert patient's photos and analysis;3)Having helping tips for beginners to assess the information;4)Can be marking or drawing instructions subjectively;5)Can generate data illustrations and detailed reports;6)Evaluation reports for easy storage,printing and delivery;7)Multimedia(PC,tablet and smartphone)and multi-platform(Android,IOS,Windows)applications.Make a summary of the anterior teeth aesthetic assessment form,software framework,design ideas and requirements,then use Adobe Acrobat XI preliminarily developing anterior teeth aesthetics assessment software.The software can be used in the computer,tablet and mobile phone and other multiplatform application,easy to master,the final evaluation data can be saved as PDF and word,Excel,pptx and other formats,easy to print and save the document,it can also be shared in the cloud with peers or technicians,at the same time l the results of assessment can be sent to the technician immediately through e-mail and obtain patients' accurate information,but also facilitate the technicians feedback the different views the first time to the doctor to modify,providing a convenient medium for the exchange of medical technology and communication. |
