With the road transport operators have been placed higher request for normalization day by day, the road transport administrative department takes on much more regulatory responsibility on maintenance and detection of commercial vehicle. In order to adapt to the latest government decree and regulatory requirements, right to know of vehicle owners in the process of maintenance and repair should be protected, as well as the other consumer rights and interests.To achieve this goal, the road transport administrative department, the maintenance and detection enterprise and the vehicle owners need integrated operation by information technology. For the sake of this, It designed an information system of the vehicle maintenance and detection, which has comprehensive functions, stable performance and a easy-operation interface. Its internal mainly contains the trade management port, enterprise service port and vehicle owner mobile APP port. This information system not only contains the business function modules of inquiring, approving and statistics for road transport managers, but also contains the modules of statistics, issue and monitoring for the enterprise users, and the modules of inquiring, making appointment and appraising for the vehicle owners.The information system is adopted B/S structure, used Java EE platform as the framework platform, and completed the development by SQL Server 2010 relational data base.The client sides need not to install any software when using the system, just use the browser to access related functions. This paper makes a detailed introduction on the development process of the information system.By way of database designingpersonnel training, the establishment of system platform,application programming and encoding, program testing and system debugging, test run,layout adjustment and system leading-in, institutional framework adjustment, and after system switching, documents filing and checking(authenticating), the applicable road transport industry application has been set up.
