As the rapid development of mobile Internet and the widespread popularization of intelligent terminals, people have become increasingly demanding for the Location based Services(LBS). With the wide deployment of wireless local area network(WLAN) and the general support of intelligent terminals to the WLAN protocol, the indoor localization technology based on WLAN can achieve indoor localization without hardware upgrades. Existing indoor WLAN localization technology requires the target to carry hardware devices and take the initiative to participate in during the localization. In some special applications, such as border protection, anti terrorist hostage rescue, security monitoring and other occasions, the target is anonymous. The target is impossible to carry the devices or cooperate with the positioning. How to realize the detection of anonymous target with the WLAN has become a hot research topic in recent years.The existing WLAN anonymous target intrusion detection technology mainly uses the influence of the mean of the WLAN link signal strength. Due to the complex environment and human factors, the WLAN wireless signal has strong uncertainty. In the complex indoor WLAN environment the anonymous target intrusion detection technology is facing some difficult to describe accurately the factors, including very complex large time-varying, nonlinear, delay phenomenon, resulting in difficult to use clear mathematics to establish accurate intrusion detection model. Therefore, this paper proposes an anonymous target intrusion detection algorithm based on fuzzy rules updating in indoor WLAN environment.First, aiming at the traditional method only using the mean value as signal features for intrusion detection, this thesis designs the nonparametric estimation method to analyze various signal features for the anonymous target intrusion detection.Secondly, aiming at the clear mathematics can not deal with uncertain information, this thesis fuzzy division of the WLAN signal features based on fuzzy logic meathod, and training fuzzy rules to construct an anonymous target intrusion detection fuzzy inference system.Finally, aiming at the environmental changes cause the fuzzy rules are not applicable, this thesis presents fuzzy rule updating algorithm, which utilizes the fuzzy rules similarity, and increases the adaptability and robustness of the system to the environment.
