In recent years with the rapid development of supermarkets and logistics industry,warehouses and goods-arrangement work have brought significant difficulties to enterprises.Goods-arrangement is considered as long working hours,high labor intensity,and even a certain risk in daily work.At present,there are many domestic tools for warehousing and goods-arrangement,but there are still many problems in terms of intelligence and flexibility.Therefore,the cooperating enterprise of this project has designed a freight van,which not only can carry goods as normal freight trucks,but also can lift and rotate 360o in a small space.This paper designs and develops an intelligent detection and control system for the freight van.According to the functional requirements of the freight van,the detection and control circuits are designed and implemented using the microchip intelligent chip as the core device and the embedded detection and control software which is solidified in the micro controller,so that the function of lighting control,rear wheel follow-up front wheel control,battery power detection,and front and rear wheel median calibration can be realized by system.First,after collecting a large amount of data and consulting the demands of the research for grasping the mechanical structure of electrical freight van and the character of electrical components,this paper designs the overall structure and functional structure for the system hardware and software.According to the working principle and electrical characteristics of the main components,such as the front and rear wheel angle sensor,the stepper motor and its driver,we design the data acquisition program,AD conversion error solution,the number and direction calculation program of stepping motor output pulses,the follow-up program of controlling the stepper motor of the rear wheels.Second,based on the previous programs and functional requirements,wedesign and develop hardware circuits and the corresponding embedded software.The hardware circuit designing takes into account of the factors of the device easily to buy,cost,anti-jamming capability,and potential functional extension.The embedded software designing takes into account of the factors of real-time,operating efficiency,low power consumption.Finally,the functional and performance tests of the system are carried out in a simulation experimental environment in the cooperation enterprise.This system realizes the intelligent detection and control of the freight van of the cooperation enterprise,and it will contribute to the market.
