Petri Net is a kind of modeling tool expressed by a graphical way,with strict mathematiocal theory,it can visually simulate the behavior and characteristics of concurrency,conflict,asynchronous(or synchronous)and distribution etc.in all kinds of systems.C3 I system is a complex human-machine system,which is mainly used in automated collection,transmission and processing of all types of modern battlefield information.Currently,Petri Net has been widely used on the modeling and analysis of C3 I system,and developed into a variety of expanded forms through continuous evolution and improvement.Although related scholars lauched for C3 I system quite a lot of studies based on various of Petri Net models,and fruitful achievements were scored,with in-depth understanding of the practical issues,it is found that the previous studies tended to orient only to describe the contexture and behavior process of the system through ordinary Petri Net theory or extended Petri Net theory,and yet,it ignores the existed uncertainties,fuzziness and unpredictability of operators,equipment performance and operating environment etc.in the system.This leads to waste of massive important experience and data that obtained in long-term training practice,such as varieties of equipment performance and consumption,varieties of operators' proficiency and theoretical levels to the equipments,and the actual impact to operating combat units from varieties of environments etc..In order to overcome this defect,this paper attempts to introduce the fuzzy Petri net theory into the modeling analysis on C3 I system,organically combining hierarchical thinking,fuzzy Petri net together with the color Petri net theory,directed define a new kind of modeling theory based on expanding Petri net---providing hierarchical fuzzy colored Petri net(HFCPN)formal definition,transition firing rules and model inference algorithms.Taking an air defense C3 I system for example,HFCPN model in C3 I system is established based on HFCPN.Compared with the previous expanding Petri net modeling theory,This model not only completely decribes system behavioral characteristics,but also improves the ability to analyze fuzzy problems at the same time.The application of this model can guide for readiness plans of usual combat and wartime tactical decision.Finally,Java programming language and SQL language is applied to design and establish a simulation software of C3 I system HFCPN model in MyEclipse Platform and SQL Server2012 database,which simplified and directed the use and analysis of the model.
