With the popularization of Internet of things and the continuous advance of Industry 4.0,Zig Bee wireless sensor network technology with its advantages of low cost,self-organization and low power consumption has not only been widely used in industry,but also becomes a research hotspot.The large number of uncertain factors and the complex interference environment in the industrial production bring great challenges to the data transmission and location perception of the nodes.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing research results,this paper focuses on the routing protocol and node location technology which is applied to the industrial field.In terms of the routing protocol,given the shortcomings of ZBR routing algorithm,this paper improves the ZBR routing algorithm by reducing the number of packet transmission hops and balancing the network energy consumption.First of all,considering that the RNnode transmits data only in accordance with the parent-child relationship,this paper makes full use of the relationship between nodes in the neighbor table to find the shortest path to the next hop for data forwarding.For the RN+ node,there exists flooding problem in the routing request of grouping RREQ,in order to solve this problem,this paper reduces the forwarding of RREQ packets through controling the forwarding direction of the RREQ packet and limiting the number of forwarding hops.Secondly,considering the residual energy and routing cost of the nodes,this paper updates the energy level in real time,so that nodes with different energy levels can adopt different routing strategies to avoid the excessive consumption of energy in the key nodes and balance the network energy consumption effectively.Finally,the ZBR routing algorithm with and without improvement are simulated by NS2 simulation software.The results show that the improved ZBR routing algorithm has superior performance in packet delivery rate,routing overhead,end-to-end delay and network energy consumption.In the aspect of positioning technology,the Zig Bee positioning algorithm based on RSSI is selected as the research object after the advantages and disadvantages of the ranging and non-ranging positioning algorithms are compared and analyzed.Firstly,according to the ranging error in the positioning process based on RSSI distance and the influence it causes during the subsequent position estimation,the RSSI measurement is pre-processed,the distance measurement model is selected and the parameters of the distance measurement model are optimized.Then,based on the coordinate calculation method of the RSSI positioning algorithm,the distance measurement is used to evaluate the distance measurement.According to the problem of RSSI-based iterative weighted centroid localization algorithm,the improvement of ranging error correction,weight adjustment and optimization and iterative error control are improved.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can obtain higher positioning accuracy.According to the requirements of industrial application,the hardware and software design of Zig Bee-based industrial data acquisition and location system is completed,and the CC2530 chip is selected as the hardware node main chip.The hardware and software design of the coordinator node and the routing terminal node function in the system are designed and the IAR EW development software is used to achieve node data acquisition and positioning functions;meanwhile a man-machine friendly interactive PC monitoring software is designed using Visual Studio 2013 MFC software platform and C++ language.
