Since 2012 the domestic and foreign 4G in high speed network construction period,as the Diameter signaling network 4G network control center and the central nervous system also gradually scale,according to the statistics of China Mobile operation performance,only China Diameter signaling network business volume increased by more than 20 times in the past 5 years,with the rapid increase in business volume,the operation risk are gradually exposed,research on Application of Diameter signaling network is more and more important and applied research including the construction,maintenance and optimization of the three aspects.In order to research and actual work fit by participating in the domestic 4G signaling network construction opportunity of Diameter protocol in 4G network application to do a thorough study in the process of the preparation of the Diameter protocol in 4G network interface,command type,all types of message routing methods were also described a comprehensive summary,in China Mobile,China Unicom,telecom Diameter signaling network collected dozens of Diameter protocol interface,the command code hundreds of Diameter protocol messages,for all kinds of network interface,all kinds of command code sending process,the message key cell are described in detail.The Diameter message carries the cell more flexible,message routing and if there is no uniform standard,will give the daily maintenance of Diameter signaling network brings many problems and risks,the Diameter protocol 12 key interface message routing.It gives a detailed summary,and outputs the routing specification,which can be used as the data reference for the new office.The Diameter signaling network planning and evolution route gives a detailed summary,and some reasonable construction gives Diameter signaling network suggestions.This thesis describes in detail the construction process of China Mobile Diameter network,this part of the first hand materials network design and engineering material as the main research contents,on the stage of networking of ideas and networking details made a careful combing.This thesis makes a detailed study on the maintenance of Diameter signaling network encountered four major risk issues and solutions,the range of influence on the problems and solutions are introduced in detail,including: the loss of Diameter binding session information solutions,Diameter solution to end congestion control scheme,Diameter routing state radio missing solution and Diameter frequent startFailover lead to solution signaling storm problem.These solutions are first to organize functional verification in the laboratory,followed by pilot verification in the network equipments,verification is completed in China Mobile,China Unicom China,China Telecom Diameter signaling network scale deployment,for the application after deployment,was given in this paper.The evaluation results using these techniques for a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the three operators 4G network,effectively reducing the related operation This has produced good social and economic benefits.
