With the improvement of technology and society, the requirements which users care much about communication business is increasing rapidly.Meanwhile, it is cluttered in the environment of complex wireless electromagnetic and the resources of spectrum among the developing technology. So the scientists have to face the challenge that is how to use the spectrum, a scarce resource, efficiently and to make sure that users are not disturbed. It is chief that spectrum need to be under direction firmly,and to that is the best way. It is also significant that the estimation theory of wireless makes use of recognizing the signals and evaluating the situation in station. Otherwise, the management needs a surveillance system that can control the station efficiently. In this paper, I have researched some methods of estimation theory and developed a relevant system.Carrier frequency and bandwidth are two important radio frequency parameters of wireless signal. In this paper, the existing classical estimation algorithm of these two parameters is introduced. The estimation performance of three common carrier frequency estimation algorithms is simulated and analyzed.In this paper, the power spectrum of three wireless signals (GSM,WCDMA, LTE) is analyzed and processed. The Gaussian function fitting method is used to fit the power spectrum of the GSM signal, and the signal bandwidth is estimated on the basis of this. The simulation results show that the estimation accuracy is improved after fitting the spectrum. In this paper, spectrum of the signals is processed by using curve fitting method.The linear modulation signal power spectrum has a characteristics which the spectrum is symmetrical about carrier frequency, Take advantage of this characteristics, an improved algorithm is proposed on the basis of the frequency center method, the estimated value is approximated to the true carrier frequency by several iterations. The simulation results show that the estimated accuracy is more accurate than the frequency center method and the frequency center method after fitting.Most of the monitoring systems on the market don't contain the map function. This paper developed a monitoring system based on Baidu map function. This software with Baidu map implements the management function of the station based on Baidu map, adds and removes the station according to the coordinates, and combined with the algorithm mentioned in the text can display information on the signal, greatly improving the wireless signal monitoring efficiency.
