Reconstruction And Function Development Of Realtime Alarm Framework Of OMS-WEB Based On WebSocket

OMS(Operating Management System)is a network management system of the China Mobile Communications Corporation(China Mobile).Realtime alarm module is very important for OMS,and it is responsible for pushing all the new alarm messages to the browser and presenting the current status of each NE(net element)for users.In this case,users can promptly take appropriate measures to eliminate alarms and maintain the normal operation of the entire network.The active pushing function of the realtime alarm module was realized by DWR(Web Remoting Direct)at first.DWR is a realtime Web technology whose realtime interactive performance is pretty good.However,there are still a lot of problems.For example,it consumes more processing resources of server and network flow,the delay is much longer when there is frequent realtime information,and so on.Besides,the module presents realtime alarm information in table form,which causes a bad user experience.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a solution to restructure the module based on WebSocket and expand its functions.This paper realizes active pushing function by WebSocket,uses D3(Data-Driven Documents)to draw realtime alarm graphics interface for a better user experience,and develops the function of realtime alarm module according to the need of users.At last,according to the performance standards of realtime Web,this paper develops a comparative evaluation and experimental programs.The final comparison results shows that the realtime interactive performance of module based on WebSocket obviously exceeds that based on DWR,and the modified graphic interface makes a better user experience.
