With the rapid development of modern society, the environment in human daily life and the relationship between mankind itself more closely linked together and become the most important part of life. Therefore,image monitoring of environmental conditions has become a popular and important research field.In this thesis, an image anomaly monitoring system based on web platform is developed for image monitoring, and a set of image processing and image matching algorithm is integrated into the system to finish the related functions of abnormal monitoring. At the same time, the normal and abnormal images are classified and stored in the file system. In this monitoring system, at the server level, the front and back are decoupled hierarchically using SpringMVC technology framework. The technology program among the layers does not affect each other, which makes the system has good scalability. In the data and file storage, the basic information storage is done by MySQL database, and the design and storage of the table structure are complete according to the system required.In addition, the file storage plan suitable for the monitoring system is developed, so as to reasonably arrange the system file directory structure,which makes a variety of image files of the system can be stored in the disk clearly and persistently. At the front-end level, the view is displayed by the JSP page. The data visualization scheme is integrated into the front-end page using Highcharts technology, so as to acquire the matching data of the monitoring images in real-time and display to the users in a friendly and real-time way.
