With the expansion of intelligent equipment,the amount of data transmis-sion will continue exponentially.LTE system specific 4G has been widely de-ployed and the technology is also becoming more and more mature.However,the utilization of new spectrum in 4G are still limited.In this situation,the re-search for 5G has been attracted the closely attention in industry and academic.Heterogeneous network integrated technology is becoming a hot topic.LTE and WLAN converged networking as the most promising research focus has attracted more and more eyes of researchers.In order to find the advantages of LTE and WLAN network,we study the interference management algorithms and handoff management mechanism in the heterogeneous networks in this paper.And the present research situation and main methods of WLAN and LTE are also studied.Based on the research,the admission control strategy is presented.These are the guiding significance for further study of LTE and WLAN network.The main innovations and contributions of the paper are as follows.1)The admission control strategy in LTE and WLAN integrated network is proposed.The development trend of the future wireless communications and the problems encountered are analyzed in this paper.The measures taken in tra-ditional cellular networks for improvement is summarized and the problems in this improvement is also proposed.Bsaed on these,combining the strengths and weaknesses of LTE and WLAN,we correct the existing network architecture and propose an integrated network of LTE and WLAN.In this architecture,we introduce an admission control strategy.We present the strategy process which included the initial allocation of the users,users selection and the specific users reallocation method.Some analyses are also done in details.We point out the advantages and the application prospect of the admission control strategy.2)The grouping-oriented admission control strategy in LTE and WLAN integrated network is proposed.The admission control strategy is further im-proved compared with the prior work.Based on the grouping of small cell base station,the admission control strategy has been further optimized.Drawing the idea of four color theorem,the frequency used by small cell base station is allocated in reason.The grouping-oriented admission control strategy is com-posed of grouping management,initial allocation of resource,users selection and resource reallocation.When the allocation of time and frequency resources is more reasonably,the data transmission is more efficient.With increasing high-quality service requirements,this method could meet future trends.
