As the progress of science, the need for image processing is growing rapidly nowadays, and the requirements for technology is becoming higher. The traditional image processing technologies are usually applied to two dimension images, but the need for collecting and processing the three dimension information of the object surface is coming up in many application scenarios. Structured light three dimension shape measurement technology has the advantages of high speed and high active, in the mean while, it could processing the three dimension information directly. This technology has becoming the focus of research in the field of optical imaging. This paper has constructed a set of structured light 3D shape measure system based on optical fiber interference. It is improved on the basis of the traditional structured light shape measurement technology which uses the digital fringe projector to project the fringe pattern. The DFP system has very big volume, and the transient effect cannot be ignored, so it could not be used in some application scenarios, and its speed bottleneck has arrived. The system constructed in the paper uses fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer to generate fringe pattern and fiber array to project it, the system is easy to miniaturize. We use a phase modulator to control the translation of the fringe pattern, the speed could be super high in theory. This system could be used in many new application scenarios such as endoscope making, detector making and so on.
