With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the popularity of smart phones and other mobile equipments, video service on mobile terminal equipment under wireless network has become a hot technology in quite a period of time. Especially the mobile video live service, which has become a popular research direction in mobile Internet technology. The combination of the mobile video live and the technique of adaptive video transmission has become the trend of the industry. The video live service is very different from which under the desktop enviroment, and is also different from the common on-demand video transmission service. There are numerous platforms for mobile devices. The compatibility between there platforms is poor. What's more, live users can be easily affected by the environment, and are sensitive to the disruptions and delay duration the live.As a video streaming media transmission technology standard proposed by MPEG, DASH is integrated with the many advantages of adaptive video transmission technologies. Also, DASH has many agreements with the business characteristics of the mobile video live technologies. In this dissertation, we research the optimization methods of adaptive video transmission technologies based on DASH. In this dissertation, we did in-depth research on DASH and user experience quality QoE evaluation method, aiming at improve the shortcomings of the existing methods. In this paper we proposed a user experience evaluation method based on user environment context, and thus put forward an optimization method which is suitable for mobile video live transmission. Finally, we completed simulation and analysis the algorithm on the open source simulation platform on NS - 3.In the end, we pointed out the deficiencies that may appear in the dissertation. And work for the next step is prospected.
