Cloud computing technology in recent years has been rapid development, whether it is from the hardware upgrade, or to enhance the performance of computing, the Internet industry has brought tremendous changes. With the change of the data center, and with the emergence of a large number of new demand, cloud computing platform data center has to make the corresponding changes in the new requirements. Among them,the construction of the inter regional data center is particularly prominent.Especially in the business environment, how to ensure the quality of service decline cloud computing platform data center costs, become an important topic.In order to solve the above problems, it is a very important research field to optimize the bandwidth cost of data center. A mathematical model of bandwidth cost optimization under multiple delay windows is proposed.On the basis of multi delay online algorithm under the window, according to the design of the Multi-Heuristic Smoothing Algorithm (MHSA) and prove its competitive ratio is 2(1 - (1 - 1/D)D) to 2.In this paper, we study the online algorithm of cloud platform under the condition of multiple delay windows. In the design of cloud platform algorithm, proposed cost function ?(?), ?(?) designed by selecting the optimal executable data center, and finally achieve the optimization of cost effect. Based on ?(?), the fixed delay under Single-Dynamic (SDSA) and Self-adaption Algorithm Multi-Dynamic Self-adaption Algorithm multi delay (MDSA) and the simulation experiment proves that the optimization effect.
