With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and mobile Internet, the demand for high speed, high quality and high quality wireless communication service has increased dramatically. But the existing cellular mobile communication system has been unable to meet the requirements of the user. Therefore,to provide high speed and high quality of service for the user's voice and data services becomes more and more important. As a wireless access technology, which can effectively enhance indoor coverage and improve the capacity of the network,it has been the focus by the communication industry. The mixed deployment of the macrocell and the femtocell forms the heterogeneous hierarchical network.Among them, the hierarchical network is composed of different type cell, heterogeneous refers to the difference of signal power and coverage of different base stations. In the traditional cellular network, the introduction of a tiny cell can not only improve the reuse rate of frequency resources, but also increase the coverage of the wireless communication. So the heterogeneous hierarchical network is considered as an effective method to improve the capacity of the existing mobile communication system. However, there are still many problems to study in heterogeneous layered networks with femtocell base station(FBS),such as the interference management, power allocation, access control and other issues. Therefore, this thesis studies the resource allocation and incentive mechanism in heterogeneous layered networks, and proposes the resource allocation method based on game theory and the incentive mechanism based on reputation,so as to improve the resource efficiency of the whole system. The main work is as follows:Firstly, the problem of joint resource allocation in heterogeneous layered networks is studied. In the premise of limited interference, the macrocell maximum signal to noise ratio and the energy efficiency of the system are considered.Firstly the femtocell is divided into different clusters according to the environment and the characteristics of the channels, and then the system is modeled as two layers,in which macrocell and femtocell clusters form the first layer, femtocells under femtocell clusters form the second layer.Due to the different characteristics of each layer, this thesis uses different game model to optimize network resource allocation in two layers respectively:in the first layer Stackelberg game model is used,in the second layer a non cooperative game model is used.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance in terms of throughput and energy efficiency than the traditional method.Secondly,in the heterogeneous layered network, the access control mode of the base station is generally divided into three types:open access, closed access and hybrid access.By the introduction of incentive mechanism,it can effectively improve the enthusiasm of FBS using open access,so as to accommodate more users access to the network, improving the system's resource utilization efficiency and throughput. An incentive mechanism based on credit is proposed in the thesis. It is based on the reputation of the service incentive algorithm in mobile ad hoc networks, and combine services with credit through the ability of nodes, the credibility is regarded as the basis for the quality of service, and then the access request is effectively controlled. The simulation results show that the proposed incentive mechanism can increase the number of FBSs with open access mode in the network, and improve the throughput of the whole network.
