In order to pursue higher transmission rates and greater network capacity,carrier aggregation technology is being researched and applied to the actual network.After addition of carrier aggregation technology,the difference of base station deployment scenarios and the carriers service resources can be provided for base station will cause a greater impact on the system,especially radio resource management module.Therefore,this paper aims to study the carrier after polymerization,as wireless resource management an important part-admission control and power control technology.Firstly,the paper researches admission control strategy based on traffic priorities and call type.Different dynamic guard channels are reserved for different priority traffic,in addition,for the new call and handoff call has also been considered to ensure that better serve high-priority handover calls.When the call service via the sorting policy,need to be accepted admission judgment.This paper carrier aggregation system is proposed to judgment based on load estimation strategies for different component carrier estimated load,to ensure that it does not create lower system performance because of access current traffic.Secondly,the paper proposes a new power control algorithm for practical application scenario,in which the neighboring community interference are considered.And for carrier aggregation system,not only need to consider the transmission power component carrier,but also consider the maximum terminal transmission power,so there is a power scaling process.Based on 3GPP protocol standards,a more meaningful reduction algorithms based on the existing power scaling study proposes.Finally,the admission of the proposed control strategy and power control algorithm is simulated,analyzed and compared.The new admission policy can reduce the system call drop rate,blocking rate,and effectively improve the utilization of system resources;new power control algorithm can effectively reduce the interference to adjacent areas,and also reduce energy loss occurs when power is scaled.
