In recent years, urban underground infrastructures which has been becoming more and more complex have been resulting into security incidents frequently including road collapsed, pipeline leaked and so on,all of which cause immeasurable loss of property and life. Therefore, it is essential to catch abnormal information and predict the imminent failure which allows people to deal with the relevant fault timely to eliminate the hidden trouble through scientific method.At present, most of the domestic monitoring system is still using the traditional method that devices are monitored by controlling single-threshold, whose performance in real-time is unacceptable, as well as it cannot make the predications. Therefore, a new monitoring system is designed and developed to real-time monitor the urban underground infrastructures. The system analyze the data collected by the data acquisition device through building the model so that it could find out the abnormal data information to help the field technicians to monitor the various devices before the equipment breaks down. In the schematic design, software architecture which is designed according to OSA-CBM standard is described briefly. The system is mainly divided into three aspects: the layer of collecting data, the layer of analyzing data and the layer of monitoring state. In the layer of collecting data, data with multiple formats is stored into the database according to the EAI standard,and the status data can be obtained via the web service technology. In the layer of analyzing data, according to the characteristics of data, the method of reducing noise data and building model is analyzed. In the first version of the system, wavelet transform is used to reducing the noise data, the spectrum technique and PCA are used to analyze the data generated the fiber optic sensor and the vibration sensor. In the layer of monitoring state, it mainly shows results through the graphical. As well,the design of database for CBM, fiber optic sensors and vibration sensors are described. The system is developed by MTALAB, MFC and Web Service Technology. MATLAB and MFC are used to implement the features including data-management, data-clean, model-build and data-upload via FTP; Web Service Technology is used to access data. The feature that display the results of monitoring status is implemented through thinkPHP framework.The experimental environment was deployed to simulate the real scene, and the experience shows that the system works well with good robustness.
