With the development of the society and the improvement of people's living standard,the technology for wireless location will develop greatly and quickly.Especially the federal communications commission announced E-911 positioning demands;the research on the wireless location technology becomes a recent hot.And the development and application for location services become the focus of market.This paper put forwards a wireless positioning system based on mobile radio network and mobile communication network,which realizes high precision indoor and outdoor position by special location estimate algorithm and signal system,designed for it specially.This project aims to develop a new location service system,and promotes the navigation and location services industry.First,this paper introduces the research background and analyzes the Important Significance of research on wireless location technology.Also it discusser the error sources of the position estimation.Then the design solutions of the whole system is introduced,which includes the system architecture design,broadcasting exciter design,The network side positioning system design,indoor supplemented system design,mobile termination design.Last,the indoor supplemented system and positioning signal system are discussed stress with some emphasis and positioning signal generating process is also analysis.In addition,a non-line-of-sight error mitigation algorithm based on Chan algorithm is another research achievement of this paper.By using MATLAB tool,Simulation of the system and the modified positioning algorithm are presented,and the result shows it meets its expectations.And also the NLOS mitigation algorithm improves the position estimation accuracy of the mobile terminals effectively.
