With the global mobile communication technology rapid development of mobile business and the increasing demand of people, the value-added services have caused widespread concern in society, and location-based services, value-added business is the focus of attention. Because of the location-based services system, people can determine their own position at any time, to achieve vehicle navigation, build intelligent transportation systems, and even can be extended to life in areas such as advisory services. At present, mobile communication technology has a broad market and the enormous economic benefits, the cellular network based on wireless location technology and mobile communication technologies are closely related, so the development of wireless location technology has a strong practical significance.At present, the focus of research concerns upon the positioning technology by signal intensity positioning, positioning technology by time of arrival, as well as location technology by time difference of arrival. TDOA location based on cellular wireless communication system is used by most of the major positioning technology, which uses the existing cellular network equipment to achieve precise positioning, mobile station without the need for hardware and software on another revision. In the cellular wireless location of the study, there are many problems to be solved. One of the main problems was how to improve positioning accuracy.This thesis firstly summarized the basic principles of wireless location technology based on the cellular networks then explained the factors which impact of cellular networks positioning accuracy, and then gived the evaluation index of the positioning accuracy. As a wireless network environment objective existence of non-line-of-sight (NLOS) error, adopted traditional manners of wireless location will cause a great positioning error. After in-depth study of wireless location and the types of the classical algorithms of reducing NLOS , then the paper proposed a location based on the original estimated value of the statistical characteristics of using Bayesian criteria for integration with TOA and TDOA two basic methods for locating the model, which NLOS to reduce the impact of wireless location accuracy, and on the basis of this system simulation, verification test results and then details of the multi-sensor data fusion technology, and in-depth study of the JDL data fusion model; then JDL model of data integration made a TOA/TDOA the multi-level multi-data fusion model, and a detailed study and analysis of the implementation process at all levels of integration, and on this basis to simulation for verification.
