Agricultural information is currently a hot topic,agricultural information can be through the "Internet + agriculture" to achieve more rapid development."Internet +" as a new economic form in many areas and industries have made great progress,it relies on Internet information technology to achieve the Internet and traditional industry joint,so "Internet + agriculture" is also becoming a trend to promote the development of agriculture information technology.With the continuous development of agricultural information,virtual community as "Internet + agriculture" in a specific form of expression,has become an important platform for farmers to exchange information,farmers and agricultural workers tend to use the Internet Information exchange and knowledge sharing.In the traditional agricultural virtual community,farmers and experts have a lack of communication,when farmers faced farming problems can not be timely to communicate with experts,but also cannot get other farmers' experiences and helps through the agricultural virtual community.Followed by the development of agriculture there is a regional,in different regions used between the kinds of farming methods,the use of pesticides and fertilizers are also different,the current agricultural virtual community is generally not divided according to geographical differences,which will lead to farmers in the specific Produce unnecessary losses in production.In addition,the Internet has now entered the Web 2.0 era,but the current existence of the agricultural virtual community news did not reflect the UGC features.These problems have seriously affected the enthusiasm of farmers in learning and sharing when using agricultural communities.So how to help farmers quickly find the desired knowledge and timely solve the agricultural problems,enhance farmers in the agricultural virtual community interaction,are the current agricultural virtual community issue.Based on UGC(user-generated content)and recommendation system,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the virtual community.From the aspects of the overall structure design and recommendation system of the community,this paper has carried on the following aspects to the existing problems in the agricultural virtual community study:(1)In the design of the community based on the concept of Web 2.0,the virtual community of various functional modules of the design,combined with UGC technology,SNS community,instant messaging,Wiki and other technical characteristics,designed a Agricultural virtual community based on UGC.(2)Improve the community Q & A system of classification algorithm design Based on theorem.Solved an improved problem classification algorithm proposed by using the descriptive dictionary to calculate the word segmentation and the relative relation.(3)According to the user's release,reply,browsing,sharing,recommendation and other interactive features of the user category division and the virtual community role of the main location and user mode positioning,put forward the establishment of user interest model basis.(4)Design of personalized recommendation algorithm based on community problem classification and user interest model.In the case of recommendation for the user,the pre-processing of the agricultural text topic based on the theme model is carried out,and the user's interest model is used to personalize the problem recommendation result.When the recommendation between the user and the user is made,the user similarity calculation is performed according to the distance between the users.
