Image measurement technology is a high-performance non-contact measurement technology,which based on digital image processing,combined with optical,circuit,signal processing,computer vision processing technology,and so on.Today,mobile devices such as tablet PCs and smartphones are popular,and image measurement techniques are being applied to mobile devices and into the daily lives of people.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing application of image measure-ment software in mobile devices,we puts forward the main contents of this paper.Based on the principle of digital image processing,this paper studies the process and algorithm of image measurement of human-computer interaction on mobile devices,and validates them through several sets of physical experiments.The image measurement process of mobile devices mainly includes image preprocessing,image binarization,edge detection,image segmentation,line detec-tion,circle detection and regional growth,camera calibration and other image processing technol-ogy.Among them,the edge detection using dyadic wavelet transform and improved Canny algori-thm fusion method,can detect more image details,making the contour more smooth and compl-eted,and making the measurement system more accurate results;image segmentation using human-computer interaction method as assisted division;camera calibration method is also by the user according to their own needs to choose,fully embodies the interaction of the system.In the experimental part,several groups of objects are used to measure the straight and round para-meters,and we analyzed the measurement results and the errors.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.In the case of using the mobile camera system and the imaging environment is not ideal,the measurement accuracy can still reach the millimeter level,which can meet the needs of most measurement systems.
