Research background:Currently, the Internet of Things as a new generation of information technology is widely used in various fields. The application of Internet of Things are beneficial in optimizing the model of medical service, promoting the efficiency of operation and management in hospitals and improving the overall level of hospital services.Although the development of Medical Internet of Things in China is rapid,there has not been any evaluation system about it yet.The construction of the Medical Internet of Things is a complicated systematic engineering and it is really difficult to access the specific level of it's development from the subjective aspect.Thus,a scientific and authoritative evaluation system is urgently needed?Research Objectives:On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of The Internet of Things for Medical care, constructing a scientific and authoritative evaluation system for Medical Internet of Things, which has relatively high reliability and validity, in order to promoting the construction of Medical Internet of Things to be more standardized and scientific.Research Methods and Contents:?By reviewing the literature relating to the evaluation of Medical Internet of Things,which providing the theoretical basis for the evaluation system, combined with the important policy documents promulgated by the state in recent years, as well as the advice given by experts from related field, we built the initial draft of evaluation system for the level of Medical Internet of Things;?Through two rounds of Delphi survey, 15 experts in the field are invited to participate in the work of evaluation model optimization. We examined the Expert Reliability by calculating the Positive Coefficient of Experts and the Authority Coefficient of Experts,to ensure the index system to be authoritative and scientific;?Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of the index system;? Investigating the situation of Medical Internet of Things in 10 hospitals in Hubei province by Questionnaire Survey;?Adopting the Grading Method and Comprehensive Score Method to quantify the index,and Range Method was used to normalize the index;?Calculating the comprehensive score of Medical Internet of Things in target hospitals via Weighted Linear Method;? Testing the reliability of index system by calculating the Kronbach alpha coefficient,and the validity of index system was examined by the means of Principal Component Analysis.Research Conclusion:Constructed a set of evaluation index system for medical Internet of things,containing five first-level indicators, 20 second-level indicators and 85 third-level indicators.Five Fist-level indicates : the Medical Insurance System,the Medical Internet Infrastructure,the Applications of Medical Internet of Things , the Medical Information Security and the Standards for Medical Internet of Things.The result shows that all of the experts' scores are above, which indicates the authority of the evaluation system.Through the tests of reliability validity , the index system has showed well performance in consistency reliability, content validity and structure validity, which illustrated that the evaluation model is stable and reliable.
