In recent years,China's star industry is becoming more and more mature, and at the same time,it has created numerous online fans.People who are addicted to fan culture,in order to support their favorite idols, often voluntarily participate in "fan group","fan circle","fan support association" and "fan support association" to become a member of the group, and carry out fan activities as a group. The huge fans make people wonder how the fans subvert the image of "hooligans" of early fans? Why can some fans become a large-scale and structured network organization, while others disappear quietly in a loose state? This paper argues that these problems are essentially the historical evolution of the organization of online fan groups, which can not be presupposed as the natural formation of fan groups, and how to decline the group should also be considered. The formation and decline of the fan group has a great relationship with the work paid by fans. Many fans didn't realize that they had worked hard to consolidate the group structure and maintain the group operation. On the one hand, through self reproduction, fans interpret their own texts and strengthen the self-identity of group members. On the other hand, the fans focus on combining with the capital market to enhance the professionalism of the group. The social network constructed by fans is not only a community formed by fans' interest gathering, but also a community and tool for fans to engage in social labor. In order to explain the organizational evolution of online fans, this study takes the fans of Korean variety show "running man" as an example, takes social labor as a theoretical perspective, and uses the participation observation of ethnography and social network analysis to explore the process from formation to decline. It is found that the formation of fan groups is related to the work of core members, and because these members produce more content, they interact with other members more often. What's more,in the process of content production, these core members will form a division of production within the group, while in the division of labor, they will gradually form a sub group, and the sub group will cooperate to complete the work. These subgroups will make the internal network of the organization form a more complex structure, and the links of the members of the organization will be closer. And cooperate with the outside enterprises to transform the primary social labor offans into products with economic value. However, once the number of core members' content production is reduced,in addition to the interaction between the representative members,it also means that the close relationship formed by the sub groups of division of labor is no longer seen, and the whole group also begins to loose and gradually decline.Social labor will also gradually regress to the primary stage. These findings can not only accumulate relevant knowledge for audience research, but also add a new perspective on how to attract or compile fans.
