| With the further development of economy and society of the major countries and regions in the world,a variety of radio equipment with the learning and memory ability have been used widely used and popularized due to Internet of Things.However,current spectrum planning has been initially revealed that it can not fully meet the emerging frequency demand of the future smart city development.It can be predicted that the use efficiency of spectrum resources in the future will become a key bottleneck to limit the rapid development of radio technology.For that reason,this paper proposes and discusses the radio frequency second-back cognitive assignment system based on cloud computing.Main contribution stays on the following two aspects:(1)The technological thought about second cognitive is proposed and the design of the radio frequency second-back cognitive assignment system is discussed in detail,including paging standard,frequency synchronization module for cognitive device and frequency assignment model(2)The construction and design of cloud computing platform for the radio frequency second-back cognitive assignment system is studied. |
