With the repid development of electronic information technology, global positioning satellite System (GNSS) in the location-based services play the central role of the more significant. It provides worldwide weather positioning, velocity and timing services when applications, including aircraft navigation, precise timing, atmospheric monitoring, geological exploration. However,satellite positioning and navigation signal power is small,which is vulnerable to interference, Including blanket jamming and deception jamming. And the jamming attacks by forwarding or regeneration mode interference fake signal, misleading positioning receiver timing, so that the recever positioning results from the true position. Thus,the subject for deception jamming satellite navigation system presents a genetic algorithm particle filter algorithm based on immunity program, which provide high positioning precision timing also can effectively eliminate the influence of interference signals.First, the principle of satellite navigation system targeting and measurement error paper will be introduced, and then use the satellite receiver based on the measured pseudorange information and the location of the satellite in ephemeris,speed information to establish a set of nonlinear equations, which is used to locate the receiver. Least Square is the classic common position solution algorithm, by the group Newton iterative nonlinear equations linearized. Then estimate the position and velocity information receiver. But the methods have very bad results for nonlinear equations. On this basis,the particle filters are introduced. As a non-linear filtering method based on Bayesian filtering, compared with Extended Kalman filter and Unscented Kalman filter, the particle filter can solve the nonlinear and non-Gaussian problems.In this paper improved particle filter algorithm using genetic algorithms is proposed for the diversity of particle degradation and the presence of defects such as loss of particle filter algorithm. And use the genetic algorithm optimization advantages of the global search ability to overcome diversity particle degradation and particle filter defect exists loss. The simulation compared to traditional particle filter algorithm has a higher estimation accuracy.Finally, deception jamming threat facing satellite navigation system, indicate that additional pseudorange positioning key factor in the formula caused billing errors, so the proposed solution Particle filter anti-operators take advantage of the observation vector residual function characteristic and robust estimation M- jamming detection scheme and suppression programs, simulation results show that the proposed localization algorithm solver with a strong anti-jamming performance.
