The undersea acoustic sound propagation parameters have a significant effect in shallow sea, effective access to the ocean bottom acoustic parameters of the understanding of underwater acoustic propagation and grasp the basic characteristics of underwater acoustic channel in shallow sea is important, therefore ocean bottom parameters inversion has been underwater research. However, direct measurement of seabed acoustic parameters are usually very time-consuming, more difficult to obtain. The use of acoustic sound inversion method can obtain the information received base inversion ocean bottom acoustic parameters.In this paper, the ocean bottom parameters inversion method in shallow water based the ray theory and normal modes theory. The contents are as follows:(1) The forward model of inversion respectively by using ray and normal mode theory.Layered environment based on the bottom of the sea level, basing ray theory set up considering underwater acoustic propagation model of formation parameters, including search eigen-ray and propagate time. And using ray theory and normal mode respectively in the time domain waveform forecast method research;(2) Study of optimization algorithm, the genetic algorithm and quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm are studied and compared, the simulation results show that the quantum particle swarm optimal solution in solving some complex function can fast convergence, when the algorithm is simpler and faster convergence speed, more stable performance, the precision is also slightly higher.(3) Respectively based on the ray theory and the normal mode theory inversion simulation the bottom parameter, which based on ray theory use hydrophone vertical array,based on the normal mode method using the vector hydrophone array, and respectively two of method to establish the appropriate cost function. Inversion model of the simulation calculation results and the theoretical values are in accordance. In this paper, the bottom parameter inversion method is feasible in theory.(4) At last, the two methods are verified by the test data, and the results are verified by the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results show the feasibility of the two kinds of sea bottom parameters inversion method.
