With the development of communication technology, the electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex, which makes the communication and reconnaissance face a severe test. However, most of the current research on communication reconnaissance is more emphasis on theoretical research and simulation. While traditional detection platform cannot complete the demodulation of the signal directly without the help of communication platform. Therefore the processing time is very long, which makes it not suitable for real-time analysis. In order to solve the problems above, we researched and designed of the reconnaissance and communication platform based on USRP and LabVIEW. In order to achieve the recovery of the information, we need spectrum sensing to determine the existence of the signal. Then on the basis of the modulation mode identification and parameter estimation we completed the signal demodulation.Firstly, this paper studies the key technologies of communication reconnaissance. Based on the analysis of the theory of the reconnaissance technology, the theoretical method for spectrum detection, signal modulation recognition ,parameter estimation and communication link building is given. Through simulation analysis, the results show that the algorithm used in this paper achieves the design goal, which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.Secondly, we realize the design of each function module of the reconnaissance and communication platform based on the LabVIEW software and NI-USRP hardware platform and the key part of the design ideas and methods are discussed in detail.At last, the function modules of the platform are tested and verified. Test results show that the design and implementation of each part of the module has achieved the expected design goals. At the same time, we test the overall function of the platform, and the platform achieve the signal modulation recognition and parameter estimation and demodulation of the signal to restore the transmission.
