The research and application of wireless localization have become a hot topic in the area of microwave engineering.Due to the advantages of variable beam steering,excellent anti-interference capability,the digital domain array antenna architecture is widely used in the wireless localization.In order to handle the wideband localization data and complex localization algorithms,high-speed ADC and high-performance processing unit is required in baseband.In this dissertation,we proposed a new method for wireless localization based on array antenna assisted compressed sensing(CS)technology.Compared to other localization approaches based on array antenna,the method pays attention to the electric field distributed in the localization region instead of the beam configuration.Combined with CS technology,the original position of the target can be obtained through the single-frequency random radiation fields generated by array antenna.Based on the CS technology,the localization result can be obtained with much less data and much faster data processing than conventional methods.Lastly,the localization simulation based on array antennas assisted CS technology verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.According to the demand of proposed localization method,this dissertation also propose a"complex domain" radio frequency(RF)array antenna system based on the former research,which avoid the massive use of conventional T/R modules and high-speed baseband devices.And the single-frequency random radiation fields can be generated quickly and accurately by the architecture.Besides,we had finished the design,manufacture and debugging of the complex domain array antenna system.At last,the complex domain array antenna system had been used to verify the localization method in the microwave anechoic chamber.The Experimental results proved the effectiveness of the proposed approach and the complex domain array antenna system.
