With the development of the audit business in the province, the expansion of the audit scope, the original constructed database which aim at the informatization of the single audit business, has been unable to meet the needs of the audit business. The database needs to be upgraded to construct the unified audit data center which can support multiple audit business. The raw data of the auditees obtained by the audit department in recent years can be integrated effectively by the audit data center, and lay the data basis for the further construction of the computer audit business,like financial audit,social security audit,accumulation fund audit,tax audit,hospital audit and so on. Therefore,the construction of a audit data center that can integrate audit data in all kinds of industry and work well is an inexorable trend in the development of audit.Based on the research status and achievement of temporal database and transaction computing technology, according to the characters of audit data center, this paper has discussed the problem that the semantics of audit method would change when the original audit method based on non temporal data transfer into audit method with temporal data, as well as the solution to concurrent dispatch of transaction. This paper transforms relational algebra into syntactic tree and put forward the idea of heuristic search to conduct the selection of equicalent substitution.Lastly,this paper judges the equivalence of two temporal relational algebra by the result of equivalent substitution,thus decides whether the non temporal SQL keep the original semantics. This paper guarantees the validity of the transaction implementation results based on temporal data and thepremise of the conduction of transaction concurrent control, by given a concurrent control protocol that can guarantee the consistency of transaction tense and the protocol guarantees serializability of conflict. In the premise of the concurrent control of transaction,this paper further optimizes the concurrent strategy and proposes the division algorithm of transaction, divides the transaction and guarantees the serializability of conflict.At last,this thesis designs and realizes the concurrent transaction scheduler that can adapt to the audit data center,and the correctness and applicability of the theory proposed in this paper are tested and verified by the experiment.
