Since 90s,with the implementation of one-child policy,the number of only child has increased rapidly,and people has attached more attention on the health of pregnant women and fetuses.In addition,our country has a big population,the rise of birth defects is also a key factor affecting the quality of our population.Therefore,the precise implementation of fetal prenatal prenatal care for pregnant women,to understand the development of the fetus,to achieve prenatal and postnatal care,improve the quality of population birth plays a very important significance.At present,there are a variety of EFM,their manufacturers and the use of methods are different,not forming a uniform standard.In addition,the existing electronic fetal equipment there are many shortcomings such as:pregnant women who need to bundle a number of sensors(fetal heartbeat probe and uterine compression probe);primary hospital because of the technical threshold is too high to expand electronic fetal monitoring.;fetal monitor volume is huge,limited to hospital development;doctors have a subjective error in the interpretation of the cardiotocography(CTG).Based on the above problems of electronic fetal monitoring equipment,we use short-range wireless communication technology and Internet platform to apply to remote electronic fetal monitoring,to achieve pregnant women through portable sensor equipment for monitoring,and monitoring data through the network upload to the cloud server(hospital monitoring Center server),then the automatic scoring system automatically scores the fetal heart rate data that is uploaded to the server for medical diagnosis of maternal and child health.Based on the modern medical development model("precision medical care","wisdom medical" and "mobile medical care"),this paper designs an electronic fetal monitoring system based on Internet of things using wireless short distance communication technology and Internet based on Internet of things.In view of some problems existing in fetal monitoring equipment,the key research contents of this paper are as follows:1,Bluetooth Low Power(BLE)4.0 module is embedded into the fetal heart probe to realize wireless transmission of monitoring data.We use the Android system to develop intelligent monitoring APP and connected with the Bluetooth monitoring probe,and then APP will be transmitted,save,display monitoring data.Using the Internet technology to monitor the data uploaded to the server to save,manage.2,BLE4.0 protocol stack technology,to achieve Bluetooth fetal head and mobile phone monitoring terminal App FHR data transmission.BLE4.0 transmission distance,transmission rate and power consumption to do the feasibility test and analysis.The monitoring terminal realizes the connection with the wireless probe,the transmission of monitoring data and the display and preservation of monitoring data.And through the network to upload data to the server for medical staff to diagnose and analyze.Based on Tomcat and Servlet technology to monitor the application of request,doctors can timely check the health of pregnant women and fetuses and give remote guidance.3,CTG related parameters research,including FHR baseline algorithm,FHR acceleration and deceleration algorithm,FHR baseline variability,UC and UC baseline detection algorithm.Based on the analysis of the relevant parameters,combined with the scoring method widely used clinically(such as:Krebs,Fischer,NST and CST)of CTG automatic scoring,according to the evaluation results of the system are given advice.In this paper,firstly we introduce the current situation of the development in the domestic and foreign EFM system,combined with the development history of EFM system,analysis of the characteristics of fetal monitoring equipment is different and the insufficiency.Then we introduce the principle of fetal heart signal acquisition,wireless Bluetooth probe development,mobile monitoring software development and the core technology and method of server platform construction.Then the relevant algorithm of CTG clinical parameters were analyzed,and experiments are carried out to verify the algorithm.The final score of computer according to the CTG parameters and clinical widely used,the fetal health assessment to automatically,to provide objective and scientific basis for doctors in clinical diagnosis.The final realization of such functions:the user through the use of wireless probe detection of fetal monitoring data,and transmitted to the monitoring terminal APP,APP will be real-time data display and storage,and can monitor data uploaded to the server.In the field of obstetrics and gynecology,electronic fetal monitoring automatic analysis system has become an important part of home and community mobile monitoring,has a very far-reaching significance and development prospects,to promote the development of from the traditional mode of go to hospital accept treatment after seizures to the modern medical mode of early prevention,early diagnosis and early treatment.
