In today's rapid development of mobile communications,the number of users has increased dramatically,the quality of video and voice has become more and more high,which leads to the increasingly tense energy resources and spectrum resources.It is reported that the energy consumption of the entire information and communications industry,including the cellular network,accounts for 2% of the global carbon dioxide emissions.And the mobile communication system,only pay attention to the pursuit of system capacity and spectrum efficiency,as the global environment increasingly serious situation,there is an urgent need to improve the system Energy Efficiency(EE),at the same time to strengthen the usage and management of green energy.At the same time,the application field of wireless communication is more and more extensive,and the development of the multimedia service is expanded,so that the spectrum resource can be used in short supply.In view of the coexist of renewable energy and traditional grid technology in the country have proposed and developed in heterogeneous cellular network and the need for energy efficiency and spectral efficiency are more extensive and in-depth research,design heterogeneous cellular network resource allocation strategy,used to improve the energy status of heterogeneous cellular network.In this paper,we design an offline power allocation strategy for heterogeneous cellular networks based on energy sharing under special scenes(eg,the packet size is known before the transmission),and verify the heterogeneous cellular network resource allocation algorithm based on directional water-filling algorithm by MATLAB simulation.Then,based on the offline scene,an online suboptimal allocation algorithm is proposed,and an energy cooperative learning algorithm based on Least Squares Support Vector Regression(LSSVR-Q)is designed to allocate heterogeneous cellular network resources,the system modeling and algorithm simulation analysis are realized.Finally,the resource optimization of cognitive heterogeneous network based on LSSVR-Q is discussed in the cognitive environment of spectrum.The system is designed based on the LSSVR-Q algorithm and dynamic pricing algorithm,in which the energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency of the system are optimized based on the power allocation of the heterogeneous networks.The results show that the proposed method is effective in combining the spectral efficiency and energy efficiency based on the LSSVR-Q algorithm to optimize the objective function.
