With the development of China's economy,the scale of the power system is gradually increasing,the network structure is becoming more complex,the probability of accidents is correspondingly larger,and it is an important guarantee to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.However,the existing power system office software requires the user must be in front of the computer to achieve the power system operating state analysis and processing,resulting in inefficient distribution network failure.In recent years,the rapid development of mobile Internet,smart phone operating system independent and powerful terminal processing capabilities,making mobile office become a reality,the user can work in an uncertain time and place office,greatly improving work efficiency.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of the phase fault location principle is given,and the conclusion that the phase sequence of the zero-sequence current is reversed before and after the fault point is obtained.Then,the fault location system is designed according to this fault,and the mobile phone is used as the location System management terminal.Android mobile phone software development process,because the Android system with open source features,developers can easily get a wealth of development resources to write applications,and Android phones occupy a large market share,effectively reducing development costs,this paper The system architecture of the platform and its key development techniques are studied.A mobile terminal is designed and implemented in the fault location system of the distribution network by constructing the development environment.Mobile client uses Socket protocol and cloud server for network communication,data transmission using data frame format.Mobile client has a good interactive interface,and combined with Baidu map technology,to achieve the fault on-line monitoring,fault information processing and fault interval display function integration,saving a lot of resources,greatly improving the reliability of power supply.
