Research On Multi Objective Optimal Operation Of Micro Grid Based On Cuckoo Algorithm

As a small power distribution system,micro grid is a good supplement to the large power grid.The addition of micro grid increases the reliability and flexibility of power network,and at the same time,the development of micro grid can make clean energy more efficient use,such as wind energy and solar energy.Existing research also shows that it is an effective way to play the effectiveness of the distributed generation units by accessing the distributed generation units to the large power grid in the form of micro grid.However,as a new technology,micro grid still have a lot of problems.Among them,the optimized scheduling of the micro grid load can effectively improve the energy efficiency,reduce the discharge of pollutants and reduce the cost of power generation,and it has important significance to the economic,environmental protection and reliable operation of micro grid system.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,we analyze and study the basic CSA and EO algorithm.Based on this,in order to solve the shortcomings in cuckoo search algorithm,such as slow convergence,low accuracy and easy to fall into the local optimal solution,a kind of improved cuckoo search algorithm is proposed: CS-EO search algorithm.Through the integration of the CSA with EO algorithm to improve local searching performance of the algorithm,and five standard test functions prove that the CS-EO algorithm has better performance than CSA and PSO,both in the optimization accuracy and in the search speed.Secondly,for the thermoelectric micro grid,the micro grid contains photovoltaic cells,wind turbines,diesel generators,fuel cells,micro gas turbines,electric boilers and electric energy storage devices.The characteristics of each distributed generation in micro grid are analyzed in detail,and the mathematical model of each micro power supply is established.On the basis of the above,the objective function of micro grid optimization is set up based on the minimum operating cost and minimum pollution penalty cost.Finally,the solving process of the optimal operation of micro grid is introduced in detail.On the basis of this,the optimal operation of the cogeneration microgrid in a certain region is selected,and the optimized result is analyzed.The improved cuckoo algorithm can optimize the load of microgrid.
