Research On Development Level Diagnosis Of Power Communication Network Based On Extenics

With the diversification of the consumption growth and distribution mode, the grid gradually formed a complex large power grid.With the increase of the requirement of the power grid, as the support network of the power grid, the development of the city power communication network is also facing severe challenges.The development level of the electric power communication network directly affects the stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, the diagnosis of city electric power communication network development level can help the electric company know the current situation of electric power communication network,network topology, network security, and economic level which is significant to ensure the stable operation of the power grid development.This paper took the development of the electric power communication network as basis, analyzed the electric power communication network network architecture,network security, and economic level and other aspects of the development of the power communication network, and set up the hierarchical, multi object power communication network development level diagnosis model. Based on the comprehensive development level of power grid, the model can not only diagnose and analyze the level of development of the vertical hierarchy, but also can diagnose and analyze the comprehensive target of multi factors. In order to make a further analysis on the development level of power communication network, this paper proposed a new method of power communication development based on extension theory. The method used the extension AHP fusion of subjective opinion and objective value algorithm, got the weight of each index, and the index value and the optimal solution set of (inferior) compound operation to development of power communication network level analysis.Finally, this paper took a certain area of city electric power communication network as an example, and diagnosed the network effects of various factors and the development level of the region, the comprehensive development level of electric power communication network, and analysed the result of diagnosis results and put forward development proposals.
