40 years after the Reform and Opening,a considerable transform has occurred in the China,the society of China is still in a turbulent period of differentiation,disintegration,integration.Nowadays,the complicated social transformation,reform,development and the dynamic mode of the social production,lifestyles and the practices lead to the highlight of basic trend of the social mentality's dynamic development and its immeasurable influence of maintenance of the human beings' emotion,cognitive and values with relatively static state of speech maintained simultaneously.During the period,the development of China's media has become increasingly sophisticated,people's life has been completely changed by the development of the online media,The complex media organizations have made the network media enriched but messy,the condition of the media propagation anomie is becoming more and more serious.Previously,it is well known that the academic research on media propagation has been very rich,on the other hand they are all confined to the specific types of anomie,special case and ethical research.In this paper,a mature social organization like the network media,which is responsible for the transmission of information and the construction of ideology.Chapter 2 of this paper elaborated the basic definition,manifestaion and research bottlenecks of the current broadcast anomie in the field of network media,it also expound that the theory of network media broadcast anomie is now confronted with the problem of the revolution of media technologies and the role conversion of the network media.Chapter 3 of this paper enumerate the three hostest media production and also explain the greate challenges to broadcast ethic which are caused by the media technologies.The author believe that the more well-organized broadcast event,more pain the litigant would suffer,the emergence of new things is bound to cause the new problem of broadcast ethic,the research on broadcast anomie with endless criticism and accusations is uncorrect and frivolous.It is idealist and also unrealistic to take the broadcast media under control by developing norms and systems,there is no doubt that these norms and systems can't chain the media and reporter forever.Chapter 4 of this paper,the strict sense of the anomie is absolutely exist,people control the media,some of these people lack of objectivity,for the moment,the anomie problem academic circles are focused is the communication deficiency occurred in the controllable scope,which has rich results of the research including detailed induction of forms,appearance,influence and elusion tactics of the anomie.When the online media editing and communicating the information,it can recover itself continuously by the effect of the “network Media collective intention” with the lead of “network Media individual intention”.Hotspot cognition and greeting intention,pain point cognition and contradiction intensification intention,sensitivity cognition and edge ball intention,differentiation degree cognition and small minority intention are the main intention of online media.Chapter 5 of this paper,the phenomenon of network media anomie also affect the audience's individual intention,the proper action can be completely showed on such a free,diversified,anonymous platform,which contributes to the appearance of the audience collective intention,action and then trigger a series of online group events.In addition,the special media type of the network media can not only influence the social mentality from the information text,but also accelerate the abnormal social mentality due to its different anomie event caused by the “Symbol Distortion”,“Super-field Form” and “Symbolize consumption”.Thus,this paper argues that we should actively regulate the online communication discipline,strengthen the legal system of online communication,and actively improve the professional quality of online media practitioners,The relevant departments should monitor the collective intention of the online media in real time,detect the network public opinion,and make a coping strategy on time.Under the circumstance of respect the objective facts,compromise the attitude of the online media equally,avoid the generation and aggregation of extreme intention,which can avert large-scale network group events and abnormal social mentality.
